We wanted to update you on our current position in regards to the growing concerns around Coronavirus. At KWFS, the health and safety of our clients and colleagues is of paramount importance. Like many businesses in the UK, we are closely monitoring the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak and following the advice provided by the UK’s health authorities.
We also wanted to update you on the steps that we are taking to ensure we are protecting the KWFS team whilst still fulfilling the needs of clients. We can confirm that we have had zero cases of Coronavirus among the staff at Knowles Warwick nor has anyone shown any symptoms. In-house, we have introduced a range of precautionary measures in order to minimise the risk of any transmission.
What is KWFS doing?
First, in line with guidance from the authorities we have increases the frequency of cleaning and the focus on hygiene throughout the building. Our staff have all been provided with hand sanitisers, tissues and disinfectant products in order to allow them to keep their personal work spaces as clean as possible.
Staff are required to wash their hands regularly with soap and water and use the hand sanitiser provided. Hand washing is taking place before leaving for work, on arrival at work, after using the toilet, after breaks, before food preparation, before eating, before leaving work and on arrival at home. As a team, we are united in our endeavours to work together to ensure the health of each and every colleague, promoting safety and wellbeing above all else.
Our office hours will remain the same. We are also equipped to work remotely and handle all matters reliably and efficiently. If you are also working remotely and / or struggling to keep your records straight then please let us know. We can install a variety of Cloud based solutions to help and if you can scan and email documents to us we can help in posting them.
If you need anything let us know. Our business depends on you and we must all pull together during the next few weeks.
Visiting the office
All visitors should be advised of the above precautions and the advice regarding self-isolation. If you have a meeting booked in at our offices, we are more than happy to offer a telephone or a video call if you would prefer to minimise contact. Please contact the office to arrange any changes you would like to any upcoming meetings. If you do wish to visit our office, we would ask that all visitors wash their hands on arrival.
Until this pandemic is over, it is the responsibility of all SME’s to take every precaution possible with regards to our health and the health of others, let’s work together to keep everyone safe.
